Rajesh has a deep understanding of what it costs to build complex themed environments. An expert in BIM cost modeling, he’s been conducting cost comparisons and preparing detailed estimates for the pre-construction and construction of themed environments globally for over seven years. In his two short years with nFusion, Rajesh has brought a level of leadership instrumental to the continued growth and success of the project controls and estimating department. As a Manager at nFusion, he has worked on such renowned projects as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, for Universal Studios, Beijing, the K-Culture Valley theme park, Korea, the United States Marshall’s Museum, and the Fort Edmonton Park Indigenous Peoples’ Experience. Rajesh earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, and a Master of Civil Engineering from California State University in Fullerton. He is a member of the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA), and the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA).
