Courtney Kleinman

Courtney is a creative producer and project leader with over 20 years of experience leading collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams on world-class location-based entertainment experiences, attractions, educational and cultural exhibits, and events.  With a background in theatre, Courtney is adept at driving the creative, content development, and design process while collaborating with stakeholders to define and execute strategic goals throughout all stages of projects.

Prior to joining nFusion, Courtney was a producer at Thinkwell Group for 10 years where she was responsible for a wide variety of projects with high-profile brands and intellectual properties spanning the industry.  With a passion for cultural and educational projects, Courtney has led the development of many permanent and traveling immersive exhibits and attractions, working hand in hand with clients to ensure content, learning goals, and guest experience are prioritized and delivered upon in the final product.

Before entering the world of themed entertainment, Courtney worked as a stage and production manager and scenic designer for theatre, hotel and cruise ship shows, tours, and special events.

At nFusion, Courtney leads the Creative+Design+Build team, establishing the roadmaps for integrating creative development into the traditional design/build delivery approach.
