Courtney believes that design management is an incredibly powerful process that can drive the creation of transformational experiences. She also believes that a creative collaboration between clients and the entire team ensures a relevant and deliverable destination. Courtney is a Program Manager at nFusion with a focus on show production and project management. With over 17 years of experience, she has amassed a diverse portfolio of world-class location-based entertainment experiences, attractions, educational and cultural exhibits, live shows, theatre, and events. Her leadership and industry involvement has fueled her drive for project excellence. Prior to joining nFusion, Courtney was a producer and project manager at Thinkwell Group for 10 years. She was responsible for a wide variety of high profile clients and intellectual properties, with a primary focus on cultural and educational projects. Courtney is a member of the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA), and the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from the University of Southern California, School of Dramatic Arts, with an emphasis in set design and scenic art.
