As the Owner and Developer’s representative, The Nassal Company was responsible for providing cost comparison estimates to act as safeguards on the design of this two hotel resort complex. Nassal also assisted the design and construction team by providing staged cost estimates and value engineering support as the design progressed from the Schematic through Construction Documents. This resort is comprised of over a
million sq.ft,, and includes two hotels, Ritz Carlton and J.W. Marriott, over 1,500 guest rooms, 412,000 sq.ft. of convention and function space, an 18-hole Greg Norman Signature Golf course, a 40,000 sq.ft. health spa and a six-court tennis complex.
This luxury hotel and resort on 500 acres is 8.7 miles from Downtown Disney and 8.9 miles from The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. The posh rooms and suites offer a wide variety of accommodations, including desks, flatscreen TVs, and coffeemakers. Fitness classes and a shuttle to nearby at-tractions are free. Amenities include an Italian and a Sushi restaurant, 3 cafes, a lobby lounge, poolside bar and grill and a Star-bucks. There’s an outdoor pool, hot tub, spa, and golf course, plus 48 meeting rooms and a business center.
