The scope of the project also included site work with roadways, parking lots, utility lines, landscape and irrigation; the addition of two - five story 24 unit buildings for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Club timeshare facility. Included in the building design is a special water recovery system that recycles rain water for use in the portable water system. Also included in the project estimating scope was the construction of a spa, beach and pool facility, 5,000 sq.ft. Marina building and a hotel electrical and waste water system upgrade. The Nassal company provided quantity cost estimates and value engineering to Marriott International on this extensive project.
The Nassal Company provided cost management services on this hotel expansion and refurbishment together with the addition of 80 luxury club units. The overall project consisted of the four-phase expansion of the existing Ritz-Carlton Resort on the Eastern coast of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgins Islands.
